Dr. Mosser’s Background
Before medical school, Dr. Mosser initially was a Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador, where he studied the public health system of that country. Then he completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX) and went to Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), where he completed his internship and six years of comprehensive general and plastic surgery training. This was followed with a one-year cosmetic surgery fellowship in San Francisco.
